These Terms & Conditions apply to the following services operated by Big Bulldog UK Ltd:

• CallBack (callbackapp.co.uk)
• LatePay (latepay.co.uk)

By registering for or using any of our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About us

Big Bulldog UK Ltd is registered in England and Wales (Company No. 15946705). References to "we", "us" or "our" refer to Big Bulldog UK Ltd.

2. Our services

CallBack is a software service that automatically sends an SMS to callers who do not receive an answer when they call your business phone number.

LatePay is a software service that allows you to manage unpaid invoices and send automated SMS payment reminders to your customers.

3. Subscriptions and payment

• Our services are offered on a monthly subscription basis
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled
• A one-off setup fee may apply depending on your chosen plan
• All prices are shown in GBP and are exclusive of VAT where applicable

4. Free trial

Where a free trial is offered, no payment is taken until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial period without charge.

5. Cancellation and refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial months
• Setup fees are non-refundable once the service has been activated

6. Your responsibilities

By using our services you agree that:

• You will only use the service for lawful business purposes
• You will not use the service to send spam, unsolicited messages or anything that may harass or mislead recipients
• You are responsible for the content of any SMS messages sent through our platform
• You will comply with all applicable laws including UK GDPR when using customer data in LatePay
• You will keep your account login details secure

7. SMS messaging

Our SMS services are delivered via Twilio. Message delivery cannot be guaranteed in all circumstances and may be affected by network conditions outside our control. We are not liable for failed or delayed message delivery.

8. Acceptable use

You must not use our services to:

• Send threatening, abusive or offensive messages
• Impersonate any person or business
• Engage in any fraudulent activity
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if we believe you are in breach of these terms.

9. Service availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We will endeavour to notify you in advance of any planned maintenance. We are not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions outside our reasonable control.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Big Bulldog UK Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Intellectual property

All content, software and trademarks associated with CallBack and LatePay are the property of Big Bulldog UK Ltd. The Big Bulldog name and brand is a registered trademark of Big Bulldog UK Ltd (UK Trade Mark Class 35, Registration No. UK00004105275). You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any part of our services without our written permission.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
